New Feature: #Hashtags!

Outsideways is moving up in the ranks with big-boy features. Since some of you have already started to use them, we decided it was finally time to add #hashtags to our feature list. Honestly, I don't know what else there is to say on this subject. If you know what they are, then you know how they work. If you don't know what they are, then I will direct you to Wikipedia's verbose dissertation on the topic.

You can use hashtags pretty much anywhere: in your bio, in your journal description, in your journal entries, and in comments.
