Hello- a long time hiker/biker/kayaker- just love spending time out of doors regardless of the weather. I'm also a VERY active below knee amputee, as well as a survivor of several other (should have been) fatal conditions. I've spent time in the Sierra Nevadas, Rocky mountains, and of course my home state of Michigan. Love winter camping ( No bugs-LOL, and plenty of water), snow shoeing ( don't have to carry everything - I can drag it).
Still have many, many trips in the planning stage. Not real great with the tech side of things, and I'm usually by myself so pictures are kinda few and far between ( heres a pictures of my backpack with a mountain in the background sort of thing) but I don't do these things for recognition- I do them because 1) I can and 2) cuz I enjoy it.
