Markdown, Mentions, and Hashtags
Limited Markdown text formatting is supported in three places: on journal descriptions, journal entries, and profile bios. The following formatting features are currently supported:

| Bold | Write **bold text** like this. | Write bold text like this. |
| Italics | Write *italicized text* like this. | Write italicized text like this. |
| Lists | - start each line - with a hyphen - you can nest lists - using indentation |

| Hashtags | I tag #onedayaweek like this. | I tag #onedayaweek like this. |
