Earlier this spring we went on a short day hike to Mont Orford provincial park, about 1.5 hours outside of Montreal. When we went the first time, most of the trails were closed due to the spring snow melt.
Today we decided to go again and explore a little more now that everything is open. Due to life circumstances, we weren't able to get out of the city until late morning, and as a result our hike was on the short side. Nevertheless, we managed to get a nice view, and enjoy some of the beautiful, relatively bug-free hiking that late summer has to offer.
