Today we decided to explore an area we have never been before: the region east of Mont-Tremblant around the village of Saint-Donat. We found way more snow than we anticipated, but that’s OK because we were mostly prepared for it. We are very excited about all the possibilities that exist for playing in the outdoors around here.
There is supposed to be a summit around here somewhere... it’s amazing what they call a mountain in these parts. Either way, it was a beautiful fall hike in Parc National de Oka.
Three generations out for a short Thanksgiving hike in Nova Scotia. Nice to be out with @celine today, as she gets older hiking with her is becoming a less frequent event.
The trails are very easy, and bike friendly. The multi-use trails are wide, smooth, and have frequent picnic table stops along the way. The hiking only trails are easy, and, despite being wide and relatively flat, also quite pretty.
