A perk of staying at The Groundswell Pub and Inn instead of camping. Quiche and coffee delivered on the deck :-)

A return evening hike to Cap la Ronde: to retrieve Derryl's glasses he'd taken off earlier while enjoying our afternoon snack. The wind wasn't strong enough to pick them up where they lay in the grass. It was really nice to see this view again in a different light!

Stopped for a snack - grabbed our hats just in time before they blew away.

The hottest day of the year, cycled to Pondville Beach for the view and cool breeze.

Discovering la Goelette a Pepe coffee shop and cafe - and more - sealed it for us. This island has everything we need. Located in Arichat.

First canoe adventure.

Not wanting to pay access fees we put in a little ways up river then canoeing down to the western edge of parc de la rivière des Mille Îles

Paddling back up river to our car proved a bit challenging in one section where the current was amplified in a narrowed section.
