Out for morning walk during low tide, Derryl (@hammerhead) 'nestled' into Old Wife.

Slick to walk on though surprisingly firm enough here to keep your ankles clean if you were careful. Stosh captured in the reflection of the setting sunbeam.

An evening walk with Stosh to check out the mud-flats left at low tide. "On a flood tide, 160 billion tonnes of seawater flows into the Bay of Fundy — more than four times the estimated combined flow of all the world's freshwater rivers during the same 6-hour interval. The vertical tidal range can be over 16 metres — giving the Bay of Fundy the highest tides in the world." A routine that does repeat itself 'like clockwork."

Walking carefully hand-over-hand along a rope to get down to this spot was well worth it.

Hiking Economy Trail, one of two of the Thomas Cove's Coastal Reserve Trails. @hammerhead checking out 'how's the fishing?" Pulling in striped bass -- 20-pounders-plus -- is pretty common. But apparently not that day :-)

• 2 quick wick paddle shirt
• 1 long sleeve merino shirt
• 1 long sleeve quick wick padlle shirt
• 3 quick dry underware
• 3 merino wool socks
• 1 merino wool beanie
• 1 baseball cap / hat

First aid, personal hygiene, and a few various items - 5 lbs

Fishing gear, almost completed my planning, personal clothing is the only things left!
