Trekking the Arizona Trail

This journal will (hopefully!) capture our trip along the 800-mile Arizona National Scenic Trail (AZT) from March to May 2017. The trip is motivated by my daughter, Cubby, who will turn nine years old about 600 miles northbound. She is excited to hike, but also to see the place where both her parents were born--I can't wait to share the diversity of the Grand Canyon state with her.
