Russian River Kayak Friday

Happy to be on the water instead of at my desk today.

Just starting out the river is glassy and peaceful. We rented the kayaks from Rivers Edge, who provided a ride to and from the river. A bit of a luxury, but worth the convenience of not having to bring 2 vehicles.

Lovely day kayaking along the Russian River. 11 river miles north of Healdsburg, Ca. We launched at about 9:15a, finishing at just before 3p.
