Nothing like a little post-moisture contrast to really make the greens and browns pop.

Supper time! I spent most of my time this evening in my tent, avoiding the bugs.

Finally, a real river where we can swim, cool-off, and clean-up a little.

This is a very tolerant mama bird... we couldn't have been the first ones to snap a ton of photos of her beautiful family. Judging by the other nests nearby, this isn't the first time either. I guess humans are less risk than having a nest outside of the shelter. It renews my faith in humanity a bit :-)
