Walking these stairs two times a week to train for backpacking in September.

Our training walk at Mont Royal. A treat to have all the kids join us this evening. And I’m in the back, as usual :)

First training hike to prep for backpacking on the Long Trail this September. Mont Orford did not disappoint. This Pic de l’ours (Bear Claw) is a beautiful hike.

Biking to the market with @brienne on one of the few rainy days this summer. The one day we have free to go biking, it rains. Plus we didn’t have a car so he had to bike anyway!
